Responsibilities:
Engineer will be member of PSTech's advanced solution team and will be responsible for implementations of SugarCRM solutions. Engineer will participate in the entire life-cycle of solution implementation.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up PHP coding standards and development environment in PSTech (regular code reviews, code testing, SVN branching, standardize development tools etc... )
Responsible for adoption of PHP development best practices in PSTech
Responsible for quality of PHP code
Work as senior engineer on SugarCRM projects
Independently communicate with clients and gather requirements
Design of CRM solutions
Assist account manager during sales process
Working as project manager on CRM projects (first with a supervision and later independently)
Candidates must be able to assume complete responsibility for project tasks.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (ETF, PMF, FON...)
Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques
At least 4 years of working experience in related field
At least 2 years of experience with PHP
DB design and SQL
Unit Testing (JUnit or other frameworks)
HTML, CSS, java script (experience with asynchronous java script- AJAX is a plus)
Experience in complex software solutions
Experience with CRM is a BIG plus
Experience with java web application programming is a BIG plus
Software Tools and OSs
Strong Linux OS experience
Experience with source control systems (SVN, Clear Case, CVS ...)
Experience with build tools: Maven, Ant
Prepare technical documentation
Personality:
