Sales Manager

Job description:

• Leading, motivating and monitoring team performance
• Setting budgets/targets
• Analysis of market and competitor’s activities and identification of new business opportunities
• Reporting back on results and activities to senior managers

Requirements:

• Economics or Management degree
• More than 3 years of management experience
• Comprehensive sales and managerial knowledge
• Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, German language is a plus
• PC literacy is a must
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
