Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kommunikation mit Kunden (E-mail, Telefon, Skype): Auftragsannahme, Auftragsbearbeitung, Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigung und Rechnungen
• Übersetzungen (Berichte, Dokumente, E-mails)
• Dokumentenentwurf und Kreationen - Ablaufdiagramme
• Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben

MPS COORDINATOR

 selling and control of MPS services

Job description:

• Perform all duties related to optimization of Managing Printer Devices (MPS)
• Act as sales and technical advisor for sales team regarding MPS
• Responsible for following and implementation of the MPS system
• Responsible for software solutions and offers of this service
• Other responsibilities on demand
• Organization and coordination of MPS sales service
• Realization of defined goals

Qualifications:

• Understanding of data and improvement of MPS solutions
• University degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in IT (administrator for printer network clients)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of implementation of software and hardware in IT sector
• Experience in Microsoft network solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Driving license (B category)
