ACCOUNT MANAGER –  GERMAN

WorkaNova is a BPO customer experience specialist providing outstanding customer care, sales, technical support, and back-office services to companies worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive individual who has an interest in sales and who is customer and goal-oriented, to work on our existing and brand new projects and will be in charge of account management.

Responsibilities:

¢  *Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems

¢  *Identifying sales opportunities, and presenting an all-inclusive solution to end-users

¢  *Execution campaigns through outbound contacts to customers

¢  *Providing highest level of support and building strong and long-lasting client relationship

¢  *Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer

Requirements:

¢  *Fluency in German and English is mandatory

¢  *Excellent communication and negotiation skills

¢  *Sales-minded work approach and can-do attitude

¢  *Previous experience in sales will be considered as a plus

¢  *Knowledge of financial markets
